Straighten Up and Fly Right Inc.'s Mentoring Programs, including the Charm School and Dream Girls Mentoring Programs, are designed to provide youth with the tools, guidance, and opportunities they need to succeed academically, socially, and professionally. Through personalized mentoring, participants engage in service learning projects that foster community involvement and leadership. The programs also include college tours and field trips, offering exposure to new environments and career possibilities, and expanding their worldview. By providing these enriching experiences, we aim to equip our participants with the skills, confidence, and global perspective necessary to become competitive leaders in an ever-evolving world.
Charm School
Mentoring Program
The Charm School Mentoring Program is dedicated to empowering girls ages 7-18 by nurturing self-esteem, confidence, and leadership skills. Through personalized mentoring and engaging activities, participants learn valuable life skills such as communication, etiquette, and goal-setting.
